The school's operations and educational direction are overseen by the School Principal who is supported by a Business Manager and strong educational leadership team in Early Childhood, Primary School, High School, The Arts as well as a Pedagogista (Teaching and Learning Specialist).

As an independent, parent run school, Bold Park Community School relies on volunteer committee members to participate on the Bold Park Community School Board. Under our constitution, the Board will comprise a maximum of ten members, made up of eight from within the School (which includes the School Principal, Pedagogista and a Staff Representative (elected by the staff). The Board may also have representation of up to two independent members who are invited to take up Complimentary Board membership based on their expertise and experience.
