Strategic Plan 2020 – 2023

Following the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 5th August 2020, our 2017-2020 Strategic Plan was retired and the Strategic Plan for 2020 – 2023 was officially launched.

We celebrated the many achievements that came out of the 2017-2020 Strategic Plan and Paul Whitehead, Principal, acknowledged the shift with the four strategic priorities. Our first priority remains in essence the same, “Child at the Centre”, Empowering children as self-regulated individuals with influence through growing our culture of collaboration and mutual respect. Each of the four priorities have goals, sample initiatives and actions to reflect the aims and intended outcomes of the priority.

A huge thank you to Angela Mitchell, Perth based illustrator, artist, graphic designer and parent at Bold Park Community School for the wonderful design of the Strategic Plan Brochure. You can read through the strategic plan by clicking on the illustration below.

“The shrewd guess, the fertile hypothesis, the courageous leap to a tentative conclusion - these are the most valuable coins of the thinker at work. But in most schools guessing is heavily penalized and is associated somehow with laziness.”
