Simon Grant

Originally beginning his studies in IT in 2010, Simon worked for a MSP providing IT support for small-large business’s whilst studying part time.

During this time, Simon decided that what he really wanted to do was teach people IT, swapping to a Bachelor of Education in 2015. He then sought a way to combine his love of IT with a school environment and began working part time at Bold Park Community School.

“Stand aside for a while and leave room for learning, observe carefully what children do, and then, if you have understood well, perhaps teaching will be different from before.

Creativity becomes more visible when adults try to be more attentive to the cognitive processes of children than to the results they achieve in various fields of doing and understanding.”
