Claire O’Callaghan

Claire is thrilled to be a part of the Bold Park Community in 2017 serving in a split role as lead and teaching intern in Kindergarten.  She believes that children learn best when they are active and interested in what they are doing.  Through her studies, Claire has developed a passion for the Reggio Emilia educational approach and she is excited to learn so much more about it in her role as an Intern.

Claire graduated with a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) from Curtin University in 2016.  Whilst studying, Claire worked as a Speech Therapy Assistant predominately with children and adults on the Autism spectrum.  In this role Claire developed a number of invaluable skills that she strives to apply in her work as a teacher of young children.
